OFFICIAL WARRANTY (02 YEARS)
· We are offering a 02-years official warranty for all watches. If you face any problems with the machine, you will be entitled to an official service warranty with any watch you have purchased from Wrist Art.
Wrist art will provide service warranty only, parts cost will be provided by consumer.
Special Note: Our Invoice is enough to claim warranty against any purchase.]
· Warranty won’t be valid for any kind of physical damages.
· If watches or other products are repaired or unbolted to outside makers, the warranty will be void.
RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY:
RETURN POLICY
As we offer a quality product there is no way left to return but we want to ensure a quality service too. That’s why we have a return policy. You can only return your product in front of the delivery man. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging as it was delivered. In case of a return, you are advised to pay the delivery charge. Change of mind won’t cover our replacement policy.

REFUND POLICY (02 DAYS)
If you return a product because of a defect/damage or incomplete reason at the time of delivery, you can claim a refund within 02 days of purchase. After verifying from our side, you will get the paid amount as a refund within 05 working days. In case of pre-order advance, only the amount is refundable if we can't provide the promised product. Change of mind won't cover our refund policy.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
For in-stock items, we take 2-3 working days to deliver at your doorstep. In case of pre-order item, we take 25-30 working days for delivery. Time may be lengthened because of unavoidable situations like natural calamities, political unrest or customs clearance.
